Awful. Never again. Avoid. Positive: Nothing, did not end up using it. Negative: VERY rough neighborhood. Avoid. We arrived around 10:30pm due to flight delays, uber driver warned us about it. Shady characters on the street monitoring every move we made. Could not enter the apartment. No digital keypad in sight no markings on the apartment door. The host responsive but kept repeating unusable instructions. Police arresting somebody right in front of the apartment. We were scared, kids were scared, we left and decided not to return. The owner would not negotiate cancellation kept sending boilerplate emails as if nothing happened. We made a mistake and paid for it, you don’t have to.

Man kann sich nie auf Booking.com verlassen und muss zusehen was man vor Ort daraus macht! Negative: Was in der Beschreibung von Booking.com steht stimmt mit dem was man vorfindet überein!Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist riesig über zwei Etagen hat aber keine Terrasse bzw.Balkon!Wir sind umgezogen in den 3.Stock und diese Wohnung ist viel kleiner aber eine Super Dachterrasse die wir erst mal aufräumen mussten!

Positive: A casa era espaçosa, cama boa e chuveiro maravilhoso. Fomos bem orientados em relação a entrada com códigos. Negative: Acho que poderia ter mais utensílios e mais cadeiras para sentarmos, pois alugamos exatamente a casa para podermos fazer nossas refeições. Tivemos que pegar as banquetas do andar de cima e alguns sentaram no sofá. Outra questão é que as toalhas estavam dentro da máquina e até descobrirmos isso foi um grande problema.

Owner is misleading people, not in safe location.in pictures police was there for a car theft Positive: Not safe, bad neighborhood. Negative: Not in good location of town. Be aware! While I was there to pick up keys, police was investigating wheels theft on someone car. I called booking and left immediately, not a safe place to stay. Also trash and rats noted.

not as advertised Positive: upstairs shower Negative: clearly a party house or a set for a porn movie! smell of cigarette and marijuana almost blew us over when we arrived, paint chips taped back to the wall, closets filled with broken furniture, bra draped over broken fan in one, half the linens all in the washer and dryer when we arrived at 8pm. stains on pillows, beds, couches, drapes and walls. dishes and silverware not clean, neighborhood was not exactly safe.. broken glass all over the streets and side walks, kids riding in trucks smashing rear view mirrors. exchange of money and drugs visible across the street . no response from owner
