Good stay Positive: It was absolutely huge, very beautiful apartment. Negative: It is not that great of an area however we had no problems there. It’s just not a pretty sight. However, the street itself was very quiet.

This was an expensive mistake on our part and we will never use Booking.com again. Positive: Unit 1 Review: We wanted to have two bathrooms and it does. Negative: This is a review of Unit 1. To be fair, we arrived one and a half hours earlier than our check-in time that I had adjusted to be at 6pm instead of 4pm. My family wanted to get to the place earlier so we could check it out. Upon entering there was a distinct smell that some type of smoking had been done, but it wasn’t cigarettes that had been smoked. Several items needed to be repaired. There were no working smoke detectors. There were glue traps set out for mice. There was no deadbolt lock on the back door and someone had accessed the back patio area and sprayed graffiti on the patio wall area. The location is sketchy with trash around the area.

Conventant and roomie but really dirty Positive: It was roomie and close to where we needed to be! Negative: We used both units for the first 2 night and one of the rooms upstairs had pee in the bed, it was a yellow stain and it smelled really bad. The wasn’t many towels or silverware. The microwave and tv didn’t work downstairs. It just didn’t really look like it was cleaned at all. We bought and left detergent just in case someone else runs into this situation

Amazing! I would do it again for longer stay! Definitely recommend it! Positive: The space! The rooms and THE KITCHEN! Woww sooo beautiful and the bathrooms were so nice tooo! Negative: The living room couch upstairs on first level was stained and a bit dirty, I didnt feel comfortable sitting on it, and the floors of the basement room was dirty and needed a good mop. Also the kitchen utensils were dirty and nasty thank God I brought my own

Overall I loved the property, I will recommend and book again. Positive: I love the space of the property and location. Negative: I didn’t like the fact there were no wash cloths and the garbage disposal didn’t work.
